City of Opp and Frank Jackson State Park presents the July 4th Celebration. This annual family fun event is held on July 4th at the Frank Jackson State Park in Opp, Alabama from 10:00 a.m. p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Free hot dogs, watermelon, and sodas/water will be served. Families can picnic and swim in the beautiful lake at Frank Jackson State Park while enjoying live entertainment. Shortly after dark, we'll have a spectacular fireworks show over the lake
