The Exchange Center for Child Abuse Prevention, House of Ruth and the Zonta Club of Dothan invites the public to attend the annual Domestic Violence Candlelight Vigil Tuesday, Oct. 22, from 5:30 p.m to 7 p.m. This event serves to celebrate the survivors, remember those who have been lost, and unite our communities to end domestic violence. The event will feature a Silent Witness exhibit - a moving tribute to the five local women who lost their lives this year to domestic violence - and will conclude with a release of purple sky lanterns to honor those who suffered at the hands of loved ones.
