2019 PUMPKIN DECORATING CONTEST RULES
1. One entry per person.
2. Must be original work of the contestant, no stencils or kits permitted.
3. Art supplies should be used such as paint, markers, crayons, etc.
4. NO CARVING.
5. NO ACCESSORIES SUCH AS EARRINGS, EYES OR HATS ATTACHED TO PUMPKIN. (If any attachments are used, the pumpkin will automatically be disqualified.)
6. Natural or artificial pumpkins will be allowed. NO JACK-A-LANTERNS ACCEPTED.
WHERE: 1. Bring a decorated pumpkin, with the entry form, between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM, Thursday, October 31st. PLEASE NOTE: Step one- Drop off entry at Premium Building; Step two- move vehicle to north parking lot Alfa entrance; Step three- return to Premium Building to complete paperwork/check-in. No entries will be accepted at any other time.
JUDGING CRITERIA – (Judging will be Friday, November 1, 2019)
DISPLAY: Pumpkins will be displayed in the Premium Building at the NPF Fairgrounds. Pumpkins and prizes can be picked up from the fairgrounds on Monday, November 11th from 3:00 PM—6:00 PM. Any pumpkins not picked up 3:00 PM on Monday, November 11th will be discarded.
